My Testimony

I would like to share with you about the power of God in me...


           One night when I was in my bedroom while watching t.v. and about to sleep, there is a whispering voice calling my name "Marvin, Marvin". I look around and I found out that no one is around. And suddenly, the wind blows on window of my bedroom. The voice became more louder saying: "Marvin, it's Me!" and I replied: "Lord, is that You?" and He answered: "Yes! It's me!".

          God said to me that He wants to show to me His perfect plan for me will happen very soon. And He said that I will wake up one day and everything will be normal in my body. I will walk by myself. But, He said to me that if I walk by myself already, I will spread the Good News of the Lord and I will be a great testimony to the whole world. I know that God will use me mightily for His kingdom and I know that nothing is impossible with Him (Luke 1:37)...

           Then suddenly while I am having conversation with God, I heard another voice saying: "Don't believe on Him because you will never walk by yourself forever." And I know that's the voice of the devil. "I rebuke you! IN JESUS NAME!" I said to that voice... Then the cats are fighting to each other downstairs after I rebuke the devil. God proves me that He is really ALIVE. God gave me a bible verse (Isaiah 41:10) saying He will never leave nor forsake me wherever I go. Then I asked Him for His confirmation and He gave me 3 verses in the bible (Deuteronomy 31:6, Joshua 1:5 and Joshua 1:9).

     After our conversation, He said: "Good night, My son and sweet dreams... I love you!" and I said "Good night too, Jesus and I love you too God..."

Jeremiah 33:3 (NIV) ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

Prayer is a communication between us and God. Prayer is the best weapon we have in life. Prayer can change everything. The promise of God is to answer us when we call upon Him. That’s why, we should not think that God never listens us. We need to listen to His answer and everything will be fine. Just wait for His perfect timing…


James 1:6-7 (NIV) But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.

Don’t include the word “sana” in your prayers because the word “sana” is a doubt which is it can be answered by a yes/no. God wants you to have 100% faith on Him in your prayers. Take note: not a 99.9% or 99.99% but a 100% great faith. Instead of doubting, just claim it IN JESUS’ NAME.


John 15:7 (NLT) But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!

God can give you ANYTHING you want. Just keep dependent on God’s Word. For in God’s Word, you will know His promises to you and how to live a prosperous life. His Word will teach you what is right and what is wrong. Believe and trust God with all your heart and mind. That’s what you call FAITH. When God knows that you have 100% FAITH on Him, He can give you ANYTHING you want. It will be surely granted. Do you want something? Ask God…


John 16:33 (NKJV) These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

While you are still living here on Earth, there are always problems. That’s the human nature. The problems in life are not from God. It is from the devil. God allows problems to happen because He wants to test our FAITH on Him. Are you facing problems? Just pray! Be a good cheer! Everything will be alright. Jesus said IT IS FINISHED.


Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT) Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Pray for everything always. Yes, you may complain with your problems but do not keep on complaining. Instead, pray to God for the wisdom to solve your problems and everything will be fine. Jesus really cares for you…


Psalms 66:19-20 (NIV) but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer. Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!

Yes! Absolutely. God is always available for you and He will surely listen to you. Sometimes, you may thought that God is not listening to your prayer/s because His answer/s to your prayer/s is not immediately. Never think about that. In fact, His answers to your prayers are always on perfect timing because He wants you to experience THE BEST of His. God loves you very much unconditionally. When you pray, you must have a strong FAITH! He will never reject your prayer/s.

Good Friendship

  • How are you when you have bonding/fellowship with your friends…?

               -do you feel happy and excited in sharing each other’s story…?

  • Do you open your problem/s or secret/s to your friends…?

               -do you trust your friend/s?

  • When someone has a problem, do you listen to him/her and give advice/s.

                -or when you feel sad or having problem, do they comfort you and encourage you to cheer up…?

  • When is the last time you prayed for your friend/s?

Proverbs 12:25-26 (NLT)

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up. The godly give good advice to their friends; the wicked lead them astray.

Friends are part of one person’s life. Friendship is a relationship of mutual affection between people. It makes one person’s life happier because friends are also the people we can depend on. We can share each other’s story. Friends are also the people who are ready to listen to us when we need more encouragement in life.


Proverbs 13:20 (NKJV) He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed.

Not all friends are good influences. Don’t be fool! As a Christian, we want to walk in the right path. We should be the good example to them so that they can see Jesus in our lives. When someone looks like bad, don’t get angry to them. Instead, pray for them. Help them to know more about Jesus. We must be the good example for them to become wise enough.


Proverbs 17:17 (NLT) A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need.

A true friend will never leave you no matter what will happen. A godly friend will give you positive advice/s always and pray for you always. A true friend can act as your brother/sister. Just like Jesus… He is always loyal and faithful to you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.


Proverbs 18:24 (NLT) There are “friends” who destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.

There’s only one bestfriend in every person who sticks with you through thick and thin. Bestfriend is a person who knows everything about you. Even you have a stubborn head, a bestfriend is always there to listen to you, guide you and encourage you. Be also a bestfriend to your bestfriend. Pray for him/her. Thank God for your bestfriend here on earth.


Proverbs 21:23 (AMP) He who guards his mouth and his tongue guards himself from troubles.

If your friend confesses a secret to you, just keep it as a secret because secret is a private thing. TRUST is a very important in a friendship. If trust destroyed, then friendship will also destroy. So, be a good friend.


What do you want to see in your friends’ lives?

Do you want them to have a good life and walk in a right path…? If yes, help them to know more about Jesus. Encourage them that life is easier and happier if there is Jesus in life.



We Are Special In God's Perfect Creation

We all know that God created everything perfectly (Genesis 1:1 - 31). But among His creation, God created man and woman very special...

I would like to share a story... It is a true story.

We have a bamboo tree in our house and that bamboo tree is just outside of my bedroom's window. Then, there were birds making their nest. I was amazed because I've witnessed how the birds make their nest. Wow! What a wonderful and amazing creation of God! God gave also wisdom to the animals. As days passed by, there were eggs in the nest and then it became chicks. I've also witnessed how the father/mother bird feeds the little chicks until those chicks learned how to fly.

Among God's creation, we are special because God gave us authority over everything here on Earth "Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." 

- Genesis 1:26-27 (NLT). God is always mindful of us because He cares for us. As sons/daughters of God, we are very precious in the sight of God. "what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas." 

- Psalms 8:4-8 (NIV). God also gave us the authority to overcome all the works of the enemy (devil). We must believe that nothing can harm us because we are under the protection of God. 

I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. – Luke 10:19 (NIV)

And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) be with you.  – Romans 16:20 (AMP)

We are very special because we are God's children "For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus." - Galatians 3:26 (NLT). "Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir. - Galatians 4:7 (NLT). As we can see in the Bible verse Galatians 4:7 (NLT), "God has made us His heir" means that whatever God has, everything is ours too. Just like our father, God wants us to be happy always. He doesn't want us to get hurt by anyone/anything. God really loves us very much. 

  • For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. - Galatians 3:26 (NLT)

  • Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir. - Galatians 4:7 (NLT)

There is no doubt. We are the children of God if we believe it. But, not all people are the children of God. Only the true followers and believers of Christ are called the children of God. As His children, we are the heir of God. That's why,  we are very special...

  • “And I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:18 (NLT)

  • But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”

He is our everlasting Father. His love for us is really unconditional. No matter how many sins we have made, He is willing to forgive us just to show us how big is his LOVE for us. His forgiveness is everlasting. Just like our earthly father, We are belong to God.  God is also willing to give us everything He could ever give. We can talk to him personally anytime "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." - Matthew 6:6 (NKJV). There is a mighty power in a personal prayer. When we pray, we must have a strong faith in God without doubting in our heart. “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. - Mark 11:22 (NIV).

We can ask for anything (no exception) we want and it will be surely ours "But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!" - John 15:7 (NLT). That's the promise of God and this is my favorite Bible verse. That's why, we must serve the Lord with all our heart and mind. Believe onto His promises because it will never be broken. There is difference between needs and wants. Our needs are already provided by God. But in the Bible verse John 15:7, God wants to prove us that ANYTHING WE WANT will be GRANTED and we must have faith on Him (Mark 11:22).

We are special because God already prepared our future. A future that is prosperous and bright "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." - Jeremiah 29:11-13 (NIV). When we call upon God, He will surely listen to our prayers. He will not ignore us. When we have problems/trials in life, don't hesitate to call God because He is our everlasting Father. As a Father, He doesn't want His children to get hurt by anybody/anything. Just stay calm and let God do the rest "The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.” - Exodus 14:14 (NLT). And Jesus said that we should trust God at all times and everything will be alright "Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me." - John 14:1 (NLT).

We are RICH. Just believe it!

  • The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. – Proverbs 10:22 (NLT)

  • And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. – 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NIV)

  • Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, - Ephesians 3:20 (NIV)

God will never stop loving us and He will keep fulfilling His promises for us to live prosperous and enjoyable life "But I will never stop loving him nor fail to keep my promise to him." - Psalms 89:33 (NLT)

Even when we go to sleep, we will be surely having our sweet dreams. Don’t worry about anything…

"When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet."

- Proverbs 3:24 (NKJV)


Be Happy Always...

Depression is one of the problems that the world is facing nowadays. Sad to say that a lot of people commit suicide because of depression. The causes of depression are sadness. loneliness and disappointments.

Now, I would like to start this topic with the very famous story in the Bible: "David and Goliath". We all know that Goliath is a very giant human being while David is a very young boy who believes that God is always with him. According to the story, Goliath is challenging the Israelites to fight against him together with his army and Goliath is in a full of battle gear. David was only having a stone and a sling shot "He picked up five smooth stones from a stream and put them into his shepherd’s bag. Then, armed only with his shepherd’s staff and sling, he started across the valley to fight the Philistine" - 1 Samuel 17:40 (NLT). "So David triumphed over the Philistine with only a sling and a stone, for he had no sword" - 1 Samuel 17:50 (NLT).

Goliath represents problems/trials while David represents us. Take note of the five smooth stones. That stones represent JESUS because JESUS is the stone "Jesus is ‘the stone you masons threw out, which is now the cornerstone.’ Salvation comes no other way; no other name has been or will be given to us by which we can be saved, only this one.” - Acts 4:11-12 (MSG). "For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” - 1 Peter 2:6 (NIV).

That's why, whatever problem/s or trial/s that we have, just call JESUS. He will be surely our strength and defense. "Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation." – Isaiah 12:2 (NIV).

In present times, our enemies can't be seen. They are not actually human/flesh but we are fighting a battle against evil rulers of unseen world "For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places." – Ephesians 6:12 (NLT). When we feel sadness, loneliness, disappointments or discouragements, don't be depressed because JESUS is always with us. He is always there to rescue us from any kinds of problems/trials. So, what should we do now? Just call JESUS "Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory." – Psalms 50:15 (NLT). There is a power in our tongue and that is the power of declaration. But, there are God's reminders in using our tongue:

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. – Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV)

Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them. – Ephesians 4:29 (NLT)

That's why, we must believe that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE with God when we declare something...

I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. – Mark 11:24 (NLT)

But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! – John 15:7 (NLT)

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

– Psalms 37:4 (NIV)

As we can see, we can pray/ask ANYTHING to God and it will be granted. All of our prayers are heard and answered by God if we have FAITH. But, we must listen the answer of God if it is a YES or a NO. Sometimes if God answered 'NO' to our prayers. But, don't be discourage and don't get disappointed. Instead, be more excited because the meaning of the God's 'NO' is Next Opportunity. We cannot understand the purpose of the Lord sometimes: Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.” – John 13:7 (NLT). We have to wait on His perfect timing because we deserve THE BEST of God "This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go." - Isaiah 48:17 (NIV).

"So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised." - Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT). There will be surely a great reward when we are waiting patiently. 

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)


So I concluded there is nothing better than to be HAPPY AND ENJOY ourselves as long as we can. - Ecclesiastes 3:12 (NLT)


The Wireless Connection...

Most of us today want a really fast internet connection. Almost all of our gadgets can be connected to internet via Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) is the wireless connection to the internet and wireless connection is an unseen connection. But, do you know that in our Christian life, there is also a wireless connection? That wireless connection is called FAITH.

FAITH is the UNSEEN connection to God (Hebrews 11:1). Faith is believing and hoping that God can do miracles to our situations even we cannot see Him through our naked eyes. We can reach and talk to God through prayers. He is available always. When we pray to God, just believe that all things are possible to Him who believes (Mark 9:23).  We may not see Him with our own naked eyes but we will be able to see His miraculous works and we will testify it. The Holy Spirit is with us always.

Just like connecting to the internet, there are also 3 steps to connect with God:

  • Download
  • Upload
  • Watch
  • Share

SEARCH - When we search/seek Him, we will surely find Him and all things shall be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). When we call upon Him, God will surely answer us (Jeremiah 33:3) and God will listen.

DOWNLOAD - In the internet world, we are always downloading a lot of things from the internet especially when the internet speed is very fast. In Christian life, we can DOWNLOAD BLESSINGS from God. Just pray to GOD what we need and He will give us the BEST. Our Father in Heaven already knows the things we need before we ask Him (Matthew 6:6 - 8). If we ask anything in His name, He will surely do it (John 14:14) and that is His promise. We don't have to worry if sometimes we thought that He is not answering our prayers because there is always a perfect timing. Trust Him! All we need to do is pray and have faith on Him (2 Corinthians 5:7).  

UPLOAD - After we SEARCH/SEEK Him and DOWNLOAD HIS BLESSINGS for us, we must UPLOAD OUR THANKS GIVING to Him and give Him PRAISE (Psalm 100:1-5). In every circumstances, we must GIVE THANKS to Him (1 Thessalonians 5:8) because everything happens according to His will and purpose.

WATCH - Watch out as He performs COUNTLESS MIRACLES. When He pour down or we DOWNLOAD His blessings for us and UPLOAD our praises to Him (DOWNLOAD & UPLOAD collides), there will be surely MIRACLES  that are going to happen - "After all, he's famous for great and unexpected acts; there's no end to his surprises." - Job 5:9 (Message Bible). "We'll never comprehend all the great things he does; his miracle-surprises can't be counted." - Job 9:10 (Message Bible).

SHARE - Today, there are many fake news especially in social media. But the Word of God (Holy Bible) is always GOOD NEWS and TRUE. Our job must be to spread the GOOD NEWS to everyone (Mark 16:15 (NLT)). When we do that, it will surely all is well because the Word of God is very true.

Just like a wireless internet connection, we are experiencing an interruption on our faith sometimes and sometimes we thought that He is not listening to our prayers because the devil wants us to doubt in our faith. Our spiritual enemy (the devil) wants to kill, steal and to destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus said that we must live by FAITH and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Jesus hears every single prayer because He is with us always  (Deuteronomy 31:6, Joshua 1:5 and Joshua 1:9).
